System Program Manager – Retail Industrial Solutions

Responsibilities
Drive program execution from concept through end-of-life, including engineering, supply chain, and service
Lead RFQ and ODM selection processes during planning; execution teams during development and sustaining teams during production
Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with Program POR
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans based on business needs
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements
Integrate continuous improvement and new technologies throughout the lifecycle
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
Resolve cross-functional issues and drive alignment on key decisions
Collaborate with product planning teams to define critical customer experiences
Document and execute plans that deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve margins
Partner with cost and program teams to meet targets
Coach junior team members and promote continuous improvement
Champion documentation control and lifecycle management best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
7–10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in technology or manufacturing
Agile methodology, automation, software development
Risk and change management, continuous improvement
Product management, project planning, budgeting
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication
Experience with ODMs and suppliers to deliver new solutions
Experience working with distributed teams across geographies and time zones
Lifecycle management platforms
MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau
Self-starter with the ability to lead through ambiguity and change
Ability to influence without authority
Strong communicator across global teams and cultures
Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes
Lifelong learner with a growth mindset
Digitally fluent and aware of emerging technologies including AI
Customer-centric with experience leading teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences
