Responsibilities
Process, review, and track a high volume of travel expense reports and reimbursements
Validate expenses for accuracy, policy compliance, and required documentation
Manage reimbursement data within Workday, SharePoint, and Excel-based tracking tools
Maintain detailed, date-driven records to track submissions, approvals, and payments
Monitor budgets, outstanding payments, and reimbursement timelines
Generate Excel reports to identify spending trends, bottlenecks, and turnaround times
Communicate daily with internal teams and external institutions to resolve discrepancies
Support project-based initiatives to improve reimbursement accuracy and timeliness
Assist with ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and operational support
Provide general office and administrative support as needed (mail, conference rooms, pantry, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or 3–5 years of equivalent experience
Experience with expense processing, reimbursements, or business operations
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Familiarity with Workday or similar expense management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial data
Ability to manage changing priorities in a collaborative, team-based environment
Preferred
Experience supporting project-based financial or operational initiatives
Exposure to global reimbursements and currency conversion
Power BI or advanced reporting tools
