Responsibilities
15+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with 5+ years in technical leadership driving large-scale digital transformations
Strong expertise in .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework/Dapper, SQL Server) with modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular or Vue)
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native patterns, messaging & caching technologies
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, SDLC best practices, TDD, and automated testing
Demonstrated ability to design and build AI/ML & GenAI solutions, including scalable data pipelines and PoCs
Strong financial services domain experience (risk, audit, capital markets) with exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and engage senior stakeholders
