Strategic Account Manager – Midwest Region
Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for their Midwest territory. This role involves developing relationships with nuclear power plants and utility corporate offices to improve plant efficiency and reliability while aligning customer needs with Curtiss-Wright's product offerings.

Responsibilities
Acts as the primary point of contact for Curtiss-Wright within the territory managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain and other decision-makers
Works with Product Managers across multiple business units to develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring the maximization of account value through cross-selling, upselling and renewals
Focuses on customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring long-term partnerships
Regularly assesses the client's evolving needs and provides solutions to address challenges
Requires three to four days per week of travel within the geographic territory
Qualification
Required
Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access
Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry
Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices
Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services and process equipment (e.g., valves, actuators, motors, HVAC, tensioning systems)
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders
Preferred
Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred
