Responsibilities
Contribute to DoorDash's product strategy and define the future of our service
Work in a dynamic environment, exploring a wide range of features and user needs with an iterative research approach
Be able to cite exciting and impactful changes in the product that stem directly from your research
Be able to learn from, and share your innovative research approaches with other researchers
Help all of our audiences have a world class DoorDash experience every day
Qualification
Required
You have 5+ years of demonstrable experience in qualitative / quantitative research and/or product, UX, or user research, including writing and analyzing surveys
You can execute on a wide range of research questions, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings
You can proactively work with several functions across the company
You are passionate about translating findings into creative and strategic recommendations
You excel in a dynamic environment
Preferred
You have an advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or a related research or scientific field (While this is preferred, it is not required)
As a bonus, you have experience working with small business leaders as research participants, and B2B products as your focus
