They are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to guide customers through the design and purchasing process, utilizing strong communication and sales skills to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Qualified leads are provided (no cold calling necessary)
Connect with customers via phone, email, video chat and text to understand their project needs and lead the customer through the design and purchasing process
Must be able to sell, close customers, and exceed sales goals
Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers
Meet and exceed Sales goals and KPI’s
Produce quality and accurate designs from customer sketches in 20/20 software
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and follow designer SOP

Qualification

Required

Excellent sales skills
Kitchen design software experience in either 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision is required
Experience with CRM software
High quality communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized, motivated, and a team player
Will require a dedicated remote workspace with minimal distractions
Reliable internet required

Preferred

Home Improvement experience is a plus
