Responsibilities
Provide support and troubleshooting of complicated issues on the Helpdesk
Provide high level customer services consistent with IT best practices
Assist with end user system deployments and upgrades
Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards
Develop documentation for new and existing workflows
Assist with testing new software, service packs, and patches
Occasional travel may be required as needed
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree in the field of computers is required
Minimum of 3-5 years working in IT support is required
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based client operating systems
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of the Open System Interconnection (OSI) model
Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on IT assets, and provide support for a wide range of applications
Preferred
Experience with windows networking and/or a CompTIA Networking+ certification is preferred by not required
Knowledge of Virtual Server Infrastructure Systems (Hyper-V and Citrix)
SharePoint administration experience is preferred but not required
