Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and improve metal stamping tooles and dies
Oversee design and development of tooling and dies
Oversee fabrication, testing, and debugging of new tools and dies
Maintain documentation of designs, modifications, and maintenance
Oversee up to 7 tool & die personnel
Develop and implement maintenance processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least 8 years of stamping tool and die experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Experience with machining and tool fabrication
