Langgraph, Azure, Databricks, AWS - Principal-Enterprise AI Architecture
Mercy is seeking a Principal – Enterprise AI Architecture to serve as their top AI Architect. This role is responsible for the design, orchestration, governance, and evolution of the enterprise AI architecture, leading strategic AI systems development across various domains.

Responsibilities
Accountable for the design, orchestration, governance, and evolution of the enterprise AI architecture
Leads the strategic direction for AI systems across clinical, operational, and business domains including the development of scalable, ethical, and federated agentic AI frameworks
Ensures architectural alignment across Mercy’s federated model, drives enterprise-wide standards, and acts as the chief advisor and steward for all AI-related architectural decisions
Qualification
Required
7 years of experience in AI/ML solution design, development, and architecture
3 years of experience leading enterprise architecture or large-scale AI systems
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, AI, or related field with demonstrated ongoing education and personal development
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization
Proven ability to lead architectural governance and create reference models
Deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
Effective communicator with ability to translate technical architecture to business and clinical leaders
Proficiency in Project/Product Management and Agile methodologies
Collaborative leadership with a servant ethos; capable of influencing across a federated organization
Preferred
Demonstrated experience with agentic AI or autonomous systems is strongly preferred
