Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen the branch client base through proactive service and sales activities, including needs assessments and tailored financial solutions
Drive solutions-based conversations to meet clients' financial needs, enhancing loyalty through various interactions
Offer advice on digital and self-serve banking options to simplify and expedite transactions
Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations
Perform other duties as needed

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
NMLS registry required
Proven sales skills
Good analytical skills
Developed customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard
Flexible work week schedule, which may include Saturdays

Preferred

Previous cash-handling experience preferred
Minimum of 24 months of sales and/or banking experience preferred
Life License (LB) preferred
