They are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI platform capabilities, including AI agents, intelligent workflows, and conversational experiences, ultimately transforming how security analysts operate.

Responsibilities
Define how AI agents operate across the platform—from alert triage to threat hunting to detection lifecycle management
Lead our next-generation AI orchestration layer, enabling customers to create reusable, context-aware AI workflows
Shape how users interact with AI across investigation, analysis, and operational tasks
Define the roadmap for AI capabilities including memory systems, knowledge integration, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections
Partner with engineering to ship AI features that deliver measurable security outcomes
Conduct deep customer research to understand analyst workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities
Work directly with our customer design partners to incorporate feedback and improvements
Write clear PRDs that translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive user experiences
Define success metrics and use data to iterate on AI behavior and effectiveness
Collaborate with design to create interfaces that make AI transparent, controllable, and trustworthy
Work with go-to-market teams to position AI capabilities and enable customer adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management, particularly in AI or technology-driven products
Strong understanding of AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows
Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap
Experience conducting customer research and understanding user workflows
Proficiency in writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
Ability to define success metrics and use data for product iteration
Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams
Strong communication skills to work with go-to-market teams
Preferred
Experience in cybersecurity or related fields
Familiarity with conversational UX and chat interfaces
Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and their application in product design
Experience working with customer design partners
