Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with senior management to drive business objectives through effective HR practices, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change.

Responsibilities
Works with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and culture
Manages key talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right leaders and workforce
Fosters a positive work environment, addresses employee concerns, and drives engagement and retention initiatives
Leads organizational development efforts, including change management, cultural assessments, and process improvements
Utilizes HR metrics and analytics to inform strategies, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement
Ensures HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with regulations, and effectively communicated
Provides expert HR advice to senior leaders, understands the business landscape, and drives results through strategic HR initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Typically, 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR role or as an HR Business Partner
Professional HR certification, such as: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) HR Certification Institute (HRCI) certifications
Ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives
Excellent consultation skills to provide guidance to senior leaders and managers
Deep understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
Experience working in a similar industry or with a similar company size
Other relevant HR certifications
