Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain applications within cloud environments and on site

Create innovative solutions that solve customers’ unique challenges

Develop and maintain new workflows and templates within the suite of services

Enhance pre-existing content and create new content solutions

Build integrations with other applications leveraging an API

Deep dive into existing functionality and create guides on processes

Support existing customers (both internal and external) with issue regression testing and solutioning

Perform demonstrations of product suite and provide recommendations for solutions and enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with 0-2 years of experience, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience

Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required

A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required

Knowledge and understanding of programming languages such as python, sql, java, and html

Proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to pivot and quickly respond and prioritize requirements and assignments
