They are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Specialist who will be responsible for purchasing products based on demand and supporting supply chain operations, including vendor selection and cost improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing to ensure accuracy and consistency
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain inventory levels aligned with demand
Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective sales representatives, vendors, and distributors, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and operational efficiency
Analyze and enhance procurement, order management, and inventory workflows. Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and streamline operations
Collaborate with teams across departments and the warehouse to track inventory and maintain appropriate safety stock levels
Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall business operational efficiency
Support and complete special projects and innovative initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Results-driven, with the ability to work cross-functionally to meet goals
Detail-oriented self-starter
Able to work under pressure
Creative thinker with a willingness to share new ideas
Preferred
Experience in sourcing, vendor management, pricing negotiation, procurement, E-commerce, and operations
Familiarity with purchasing processes and key commercial terms (e.g., freight payables, Incoterms, and delivery terms)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
