Work directly with Upstream clients in a team environment on business transformative projects

Consultants work on business process design, solution strategy, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, analytics and change management

Required

Highly motivated individual with a goal-oriented personality

High level of competence with MS Office tools, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Other related tools include Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau

A strong interest in Upstream Oil and Gas including land exploration, ownership tracking, accounting and financial reporting

Strong history of achievement in school and work

Willingness to travel frequently (if required)

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, analytics, MIS

0-3 years of experience in consulting or industry

Must have a strong professional presence and effective verbal/written communication skills

Exceptional time-management

Ability to work with all levels of management and employees

Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and projects with a solution-oriented mindset

Self-starter with a focus on detail and meeting deadlines

Preferred

Oil and Gas Industry Internship experience preferred
