Process customer monthly payments
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed
Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships
Complete mail sorting tasks
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Sales or customer service experience
Ability to build relationships with sales customers
Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
