Creating and executing the various Sport Focus sourcing strategies
Managing the product-level cost planning process to ensure profitability, helping product teams assess tradeoffs between product cost/margin and other criteria
Understand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (supply chain, product or manufacturing experience a plus)
Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to details
Strong analytical skills. Able to manipulate and shape data to answer questions, identify trends, and provide business solutions to complex issues
Ability to communicate up and down to different levels of the organization as well as listen and respond to diverse stakeholder input
