GDECA (Gravity Data Engineering & Cloud Analytics) is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their Reliability Growth Team dedicated to supporting the NGHST program. The role involves leading reliability improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and customer expectations.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Deploy engineering and analytical resources across depots

Actively participate in Failure Review Boards (FRB), internal failure analysis meetings, and customer-facing reliability discussions

Implement systematic processes for failure review and corrective action planning

Ensure alignment between internal teams and customer expectations

Embed corrective actions into manufacturing processes and field service activities

Drive continuous improvement and reliability growth throughout the product lifecycle

Familiarize with the reliability plan for AMTRAK NGHST

Coordinate with reliability engineers in St. Bruno or Toronto

Report to designated Alstom managers and ensure workload distribution per site needs

Support verification of corrective actions and reliability growth progress
