Responsibilities
Provide exceptional member service (in person, and via phone, chat, email, etc.) while delivering the Alliance Credit Union brand promise
Process daily member transactions efficiently and accurately
Balance your cash drawer consistently
Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and branch goals
Follow all teller workflow processes and maintain confidentiality
Participate in branch meetings, business development, and community engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large cash volumes accurately
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational knowledge
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail banking environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and teller systems
Understanding of credit union products, services, and regulations
Integrity and reliability — trusted to manage member transactions with care
A friendly, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous growth (always seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and embrace change)
Ability to stay calm and empathetic when resolving member concerns
Consistent attendance and a positive, proactive mindset
