Agent in Training - Farmers Insurance
Farmers Insurance is looking for a motivated sales professional to join their William Kraft Agency as an Agent in Training. In this role, you will focus on generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering custom insurance solutions while receiving hands-on training.

Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and community involvement
Conduct personalized insurance consultations to identify client needs
Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support
Manage and track sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
Ensure compliance with Farmers Insurance standards and California Department of Insurance regulations
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Professional, organized, and dependable
