As a RTC Senior Manager, you will lead projects in federal research and development tax credits, assisting leadership in expanding revenue and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Responsible for client and account management, as well as coordination and execution of project tasks

Lead technical interviews with client personnel such as scientists and engineers

Preparation, completion, review, and packaging of client deliverables, including technical studies, framework memorandums, audit responses, and reports

Responsible for completion of Research Tax Credit calculation files, as well as evaluation and classification of qualified time and expenses

Leads client site visit activities and evaluates client operations for potential credit opportunities

Research case law and attends industry conferences to remain informed on the latest legislation and initiatives

Management of technical and financial staff

Will manage RTC engineers across assigned geographic territories

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or product engineering design

Strong command of engineering/design concepts, product development concepts and manufacturing concepts with engineering experience

Minimum 8 years in a relevant RTC engineering role

5 years people management experience
