Responsibilities

Writing for on-air and online

Working knowledge of videography and non-linear editing

Must meet deadlines and be able to multitask

Work alongside our Sports Director and News Director

Anchor three nights a week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) and report the remaining two-- subject to change based on schedule needs

Setting up feature stories for reporting

Capitalize on opportunities for digital and social coverage

LIVE shots

Covering D-1 College Hockey programs at both Upper Michigan universities

Emphasizing LOCAL sports coverage on the college and high school levels, plus the outdoors

Maintaining a professional appearance
