Mechanical Engineer
PTS Advance is seeking an experienced Senior Pipe Stress Engineer to support a high-profile, advanced energy project. This role involves performing detailed pipe stress analyses and collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality designs.

Responsibilities
Perform pipe stress analysis in accordance with ASME B31.3 and/or B31.1
Model piping systems using Bentley AutoPipe to verify flexibility, stability, and equipment nozzle loads
Review piping isometrics using span tables
Check and review stress analysis work performed by other engineers
Coordinate closely with piping layout and pipe support engineering teams
Interface with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required
Provide technical guidance and potential lead support as needed
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience using AutoPipe
AA/AS degree or Certificate in Engineering/CAD with 7–8 years of experience or 9–12 years of relevant industry experience
Strong working knowledge of applicable piping codes and standards
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, including employment and education verification
U.S. Citizenship is required for this role
Preferred
Experience on large, complex industrial or energy projects preferred
