Lee Company is a provider of core construction services including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical for commercial projects. The VDC Project Manager will lead a team in the production of Virtual Construction Documents and oversee project setup, personnel development, and quality standards across projects.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of Coordinators and Detailers in the standardization and production of all Virtual Construction Documents including Mechanical and Plumbing systems

Setting up projects prior to BIM modelling and coordination

Coaching and developing personnel and enforcing standards to ensure consistency across all projects

Supervising Coordinators and Detailers of HVAC, Plumbing and Piping disciplines

Overseeing team productivity, time management, group standards and quality

Required

Experience in leadership and direct supervision of technical personnel

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction based mechanical design and fabrication

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus

A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
