Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule service appointments efficiently
Assign daily work and calls to other team members
Perform marketing and sales functions to promote additional services and earn new business
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and resolve complaints
Maintain office services by organizing operations, procedures, and purchase orders
Assist in other office duties as needed, including cross-training in related roles
Qualification
Required
Prior administrative experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy
Positive, professional attitude with strong customer focus
Team player who can also work independently
General computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Typing skills considered an asset
