Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their communication and fundraising objectives

Advise on best practices for alumni communications and donor engagement

Collaborate with clients to plan schedules, content, and messaging

Proofread and edit client mailings and newsletters

Respond promptly to client questions and concerns via email, phone, and video calls

Coordinate the creation of alumni publications such as newsletters, solicitations, and invitations

Track projects through review, production, and delivery with external vendors

Maintain organized content and workflow for multiple client projects simultaneously

Research and update alumni/member contact information to ensure database accuracy

Track and analyze gifts, donor engagement, and campaign results

Prepare and deliver reports illustrating fundraising outcomes

Participate in weekly team and supervisor meetings

Contribute to broader departmental projects

Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented approach with colleagues and clients
