Responsibilities

Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Lead the coordination of Risk ID, Quarterly Stress Testing related activities with segment stakeholders, risk management, and capital teams
Support the governance processes related to PPNR/CCAR
Analyze and synthesize financial data for insights and presentation to senior leadership
Support the preparation of key senior presentation materials for management reviews and governance meetings
Support the Annual CCAR submission and related documentation

Required

5+ years of experience in Financial services or related field
Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
Understanding of financial risk management, regulatory frameworks (e.g., CCAR) and capital planning
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members
Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks
Clear Communicator. Ability to synthesize information from different stakeholders and summarize them in a succinct and transparent way with senior management. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to demonstrate analytical and collaboration/relationship building skills
Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance Major
