Senior Manager, Ecommerce & CRO
Mina Baie is a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand serving women across every stage of motherhood. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Ecommerce & CRO to own the digital customer experience and conversion performance, particularly through Shopify Plus execution. The role involves strategic CRO leadership, hands-on platform ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue impact and optimize the customer journey.

Responsibilities
Own site-wide conversion rate, checkout performance, and funnel health with direct revenue accountability
Validate and optimize recently redesigned templates
Build and execute a prioritized A/B testing roadmap using statistically valid methodologies
Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel drop-off analysis
Lead user testing initiatives and translate insights into testable hypotheses
Own CRO strategy while partnering with external agencies and holding them accountable to ROI
Implement personalization strategies across customer segments and lifecycle stages
Own Shopify Plus platform performance, stability, and scalability
Manage all site updates including launches, pre-orders, collections, and merchandising workflows
Ensure flawless execution of product launches and promotional campaigns on the website
Govern the app ecosystem, integrations, and platform performance monitoring
Own inventory display logic, back-in-stock flows, and out-of-stock messaging
Drive site speed, mobile optimization, and technical UX fundamentals
Partner with developers on custom functionality and third-party integrations
Maintain clean, conversion-optimized site architecture, navigation, and collections
Monitor daily site performance and conversion metrics; proactively flag and resolve issues
Lead weekly performance readouts tied to conversion, AOV, and funnel health
Own analytics across GA4, Shopify, and CRO tooling
Build executive-level dashboards connecting conversion performance to revenue outcomes
Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, traffic quality, and seasonal trends
Deliver data-backed recommendations influencing pricing, launches, and inventory decisions
Serve as primary owner of CRO, technical SEO, and development agency relationships
Complete ownership transfer from CRO agency with clean handover and no rework needed
Set testing velocity and execution standards; hold partners accountable to outcomes
Evaluate, onboard, and sunset tools based on measurable performance impact
Ensure CRO, SEO, and performance initiatives are fully aligned
Partner with Branding and Creative to protect luxury positioning in all conversion work
Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve friction surfaced through customer feedback
Align with Operations on inventory display and fulfillment messaging
Qualification
Required
5+ years of e-commerce experience with direct ownership of conversion and revenue performance
Proven experience leading Shopify Plus optimization and CRO for a $20M+ DTC e-commerce business
Demonstrated history of statistically valid A/B testing at meaningful traffic scale
Experience operating across paid, organic, and retention-driven funnels
Strong commercial judgment balancing conversion performance with brand integrity
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance modeling and reporting
Strong Shopify Plus knowledge, including Shopify 2.0 architecture and app ecosystem; ability to scope, prioritize, and QA technical implementations in partnership with internal developers and external agencies
Advanced proficiency in GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmapping, and session replay tools
Hands-on experience with CRO platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar)
Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals as they impact site performance and conversion
Familiarity with Klaviyo and retention analytics for funnel analysis
