Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
8+ years' experience in Human Resources, Perform all HR Generalist duties as a hands-on participant
Work with the Senior Management Team on developing a strategic Human Resources plan that will enhance the Company's competitiveness
A strong business acumen is essential
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability of employee retention
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Be present on the factory floor and build relationships to remain accessible to all employees
