Responsibilities
Work in a fast-paced environment where you will provide a variety of clerical support tasks for our residential group homes
Manage and maintain multiple calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets
Assist individuals with the interviewing, selection, and hiring process
Use a computer to enter and track information
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for this position
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents
An associate or higher-level degree in any field
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Attention to detail for following directions, documenting information, etc
Experience using time management, organization, and prioritization skills to track and complete tasks
Experience communicating clearly and cross culturally in writing, directly, or virtually
Experience using proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and sentence structure
Experience using computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendaring, etc. for documenting, communicating, and tracking information and for scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, resources, etc
Experience working with a variety of individuals from varying backgrounds
