Responsibilities

Learn alongside operations teammates and leaders to master the fundamentals of scrap metal material identification, safety, daily operations, supply chain, logistics, and transportation

Shadow commercial teammates and learn how we develop, grow, and maintain relationships with customers to create business opportunities

Participate and lead staff meetings, get involved with strategic planning, and work on a summer-long project with a final presentation
