Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Identify and target potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on results regularly
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with a demonstrated history of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets
