Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable WAN, backbone, and cloud connectivity solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure minimal impact on applications

Lead high-level and low-level network design and implementation for infrastructure changes

Act as the highest level of escalation for network engineering troubleshooting

Perform Proof of Concepts, chaos testing, and maintain detailed network documentation

Collaborate with architects, operations, and security teams to ensure high availability, redundancy, and compliance

Deploy advanced connectivity solutions including 10G/100G dark-fiber rings, Point-to-Point circuits, Wave circuits, DIA, and AWS/GCP cloud connectivity

Automate network processes using scripting and modern tools

Participate in on-call rotations and support off-hours deployments

Research emerging technologies and drive innovative solutions into production
