Responsibilities

Create detailed CAD models and blueprints for new tooling, fixtures, and molds

Analyze current manufacturing processes and tooling to identify bottlenecks and implement enhancements for better efficiency and cost reduction

Work closely with design, production, quality, and management teams to align tooling with product requirements

Diagnose and resolve tooling-related problems on the production floor

Manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, potentially including vendor management and procurement

Ensure tooling meets quality standards and supports consistent product output

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks, Creo, or NX

Deep understanding of machining, metalworking, composites, and related fabrication equipment
