Responsibilities

Run inventory reports weekly and monthly

Generate inventory dashboard for management review

Support cycle counts and audits as required by project timelines

Provide actionable insights to improve inventory turnover and reduce excess stock

Coordinate with Purchasing and Planning teams on inventory strategy

Contribute to SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) initiatives during contract period

Support process improvement projects, including Kaizen activities, as assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or it's equivalent

3+ years of experience in inventory analysis or supply chain roles

Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros would be a plus)

Basic Power BI experience is required

Team player with strong computer, written, verbal and skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pulling together and leading a team to accomplish business goals

Preferred

Familiarity with Lean/Kaizen methodologies is a plus
