Responsibilities

Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies

Effectively developing procedures and technical documents for existing and new equipment

Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create best solutions

Creating learning programs to coach and train technicians

Creating and improving standards (Process Control Strategies and Centerline Packages) to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the site

Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment

High presence on the manufacturing floor

Qualification

Engineering DegreeManufacturing ExperienceData AnalyticsLeadership SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

A BS in Engineering Discipline or Engineering Technology equivalent experience (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)

0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment (consumer products a plus)

Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed to accommodate our 24-hour operations

Good communication skills -written and oral

Strong leadership capabilities that will allow you to coach others on the use of Operational Excellence

Preferred

Systems & Tools experience in data analytics and reporting a plus
