The role involves supporting the Financial Services Support Team Leader by managing income and expenditure records, processing payments, and ensuring effective communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities
Ensuring allocation of all income and expenditure received and record on our patient monies system Trojan
Action payments on Bankline to clients’ personal accounts and recording within the relevant systems
Dealing with patients, staff, and community based clients
Support workers face to face
Move between functions periodically
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have excellent organisation skills
Good communication skills both written and oral
Attention to detail
Previous experience of working in an office environment
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of software is required, along with the ability to carry out finance tasks using accounting software
Ability to learn new systems
Ability to work as part of a team
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
