Akkodis is seeking a QA Automation Engineer responsible for writing, executing, and maintaining automated test and load cases. This role involves logging defects and managing them through to resolution, as well as continuously improving automation practices.

Responsibilities

Write, execute, and maintain automated functional and load tests for database-backed products and services, validating data integrity, queries, and end-to-end integrations

Log defects accurately and follow up diligently through to resolution

Continuously learn, apply, and advocate for automation best practices

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality

Document test results clearly and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

MSSQLSQLTest automation frameworksAgile methodologiesAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsEffective communication

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

Experience with test automation frameworks and tools

Ability to write clear, maintainable automated test cases

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred
