Universal Yums is a company that delivers a taste of the world through snack boxes. They are seeking a Program Manager for CPG New Product Launches to coordinate the launch of new product lines and improve cross-functional communication and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the cross-functional coordination of launching multiple new product lines each year across DTC and Retail, taking ownership over the outcome of on-time and error-free launches

Oversee key handoffs with an eye toward improving cross-functional communication, emphasizing the transition from Product Development to Supply Chain (on-time purchasing) and from Product Development to Marketing & Sales (go to market)

Lead the project management of product refreshes, version control, and discontinuations

Lead the post mortem process by soliciting feedback from each contributing function in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Use these inputs, as well as your own observations, to continuously improve the systems & processes guiding new product launches

Contribute to the new product development roadmap, providing input on timelines, resources, and potential risks

Required

7+ Years of Experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related roles

3+ Years of Experience managing cross-functional new product launches in CPG

Strong systems-thinker, with the ability to conceptualize systemic solutions to address root cause issues

Strong written & verbal communicator, who is comfortable being assertive with cross-functional peers to drive to clarity and lead meetings efficiently

Highly proficient in Project Management systems (we use Monday.com)

Comfortable managing structured data in ERP or PIM systems
