They are seeking a CNC Router Table Programmer and Operator to program toolpaths, perform table operations, and ensure part quality and accuracy while maintaining equipment and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

Program toolpaths in Enroute SE from files supplied by CAD Detailers. Path Joining, Cleanup, modifications and corrections

Create Cut sheets of nested parts, part identification and details of the table operations for tracking and record keeping

Organize saved files accurately in database

Retrieve materials for cutting, manually, with forklift or carts

Perform table operations from your uploaded programs and direct programming as needed

Follow cut sheet drawings accurately and identify cut parts

Ensure part quality and accuracy by inspecting parts dung and after being cut

Use precision Instrument like calipers to verify part dimensions and perform precision maintenance

Machine and area clean up and organization

Maintain an organized inventory of bits, cutters, replacement parts, and perform routine maintenance

Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs as required to keep equipment in optimal condition. Coordinating with Multicam and other vendors for parts, repairs and troubleshooting

Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and Production Manager to prioritize work orders

Work with team members on assembly line processes, fabrication tasks, or packaging operations as needed

Required

Expert level programming in Enroute SE. Knowledge in other programs will be given consideration

Ability to calculate chip load, feeds and speeds of cutter relative to material being cut and ability of machine. Ability to identify what cutters to use according to material type

Previous Enroute CNC router table operation, maintenance and repair experience. Experience on other brand name tables will be given consideration

Excellent attendance record and punctuality

Reliable transportation to and from work

Availability to work Weekends, and overtime hours during the week as required
