Responsibilities

Manage relationships with a group of major donors for the organization, with a focus on developing and maintain relationships that drive annual and sustained donations and engagement with the organization

Maintain detailed donor files and information in Raiser's Edge, including detailed donation records that enable forecasting and reporting functions

Conduct outreach to this population and prospective new major gifts donors, providing updates, education on initiatives and keeping donors engaged

Communicate with prospective major gifts donors to solicit donations and sustained giving

Partner closely with development, fundraising and organizational leadership to support departmental strategy, planning and initiatives, including budget, fundraising forecasting and planning

Work to engage high-net-worth and major gifts donors in organization events, volunteer opportunities and other involvement with the organization
