Responsibilities

Calculation of the monthly sales/use and related tax returns

Trouble shoot with team on a daily basis

Maintain tax records and related schedules associated with the Multi-State/County/City sales/use tax returns

Gather and analyze ERP system (PDI) sales data

Assist with research on any State and Local tax notices on a timely basis

Assist with reconciling tax discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

Maintain accounting controls by following SOX procedures and maintain financial security by following internal controls
