Responsibilities

Support all aspects of sell-side M&A processes, including financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of marketing materials

Conduct in-depth industry and company research within the consumer sector

Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate strategic alternatives

Assist in drafting presentations and transaction documents for clients and prospective buyers

Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms throughout the transaction lifecycle
