Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm EST, with a portion of your hours after 4pm est as determined by business needs
Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices
Participate in cross-coverage as needed to support continuity of care across the medical group

Required

Active PMHNP license in good standing
5+ state licenses in our open | coming soon markets (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia) | (Wisconsin, Michigan, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts)
Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
6+ months working in telehealth
Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care
Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently

Preferred

RN Compact licensure preferred
No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances)
