Responsibilities

Execute on business plans in conjunction with external sales partner(s) to meet key activity and sales metrics
Reach out to prospective clients to grow Transamerica’s sales and market share
Develop new business and maintain existing business relationships by conducting phone calls, email campaigns, webinars, in person sales meetings, and attending industry conferences
Expand opportunities for Transamerica’s Mutual Funds and ETFs by leveraging current and new industry contacts
Become a Transamerica product expert while maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive environment and positioning
Manage expense budget
Stay compliant with Transamerica rules, policies, and procedures

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent work experience
Five years of financial services industry experience, including three years working with RIAs
FINRA Series 7 and 63
Thorough understanding of investing, asset allocation, and capital markets to translate the value to advisors
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and relationship building skills
Ability to combine sophisticated listening skills with market acumen to anticipate and discover the needs and expectations of clients and propose suitable solutions through a consultative sales approach
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
