Responsibilities

Lead and model a positive and productive culture on second shift, providing clear direction and holding the team to high standards

Coordinate priorities across shifts by connecting with First Shift on hot items, planning daily work, and providing clear turnover via email and handoff

Lead daily operations including Tier 1 meetings and assignment of daily work packages, ensuring execution of a unified one-team plan

Monitor performance and manage overtime balance by understanding JBS metrics, communicating triggers, and developing overtime plans while emphasizing recovery solutions beyond overtime

Promote continuous improvement by leading EI/Kaizen meetings and representing First Line Leader in Tier 2 meetings: supporting cross-training plans, including knowledge of all workstations within the work cell and being able to back-up teammates

Own safety and quality processes by encouraging submission of SATs/MAXIMOs, ENABLON Hazards, scrap tags, NCRs, IPCs, and MRS forms
