Conduct all phases of civil discovery, including drafting written discovery, conducting meet and confers, and preparing for and conducting depositions
Draft briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
Prepare for hearing, trial, and depositions
Qualification
Required
Strong academic background, licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Ability to work independently, take initiative and take ownership of cases as needed
Preferred
Real estate litigation experience is a big plus
