Responsibilities

Administering and operating a Databricks platform, including workspace configuration, cluster management, and job operations

Providing limited operational support to an analytics platform in an IL6 environment

Supporting platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Assisting with interfaces between data platforms and internal systems

Supporting mechanisms for sharing curated datasets vendor environments

Assisting with DevSecOps and CI/CD activities supporting the platform

Supporting security and compliance requirements

U.S. Citizenship

Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Security+ certification or other IAT Level II certification

5+ years of experience supporting cloud-based or analytics platforms

Hands-on experience administering Databricks workspaces (clusters, jobs, notebooks)

Familiarity with Apache Spark

Experience in Linux-based environments

Experience with AWS

Strong communication skills and ability to work across matrixed teams

Preferred

Experience supporting systems operating at IL5 and/or IL6

Familiarity with Palantir Foundry

Experience integrating or synchronizing data between platforms or environments

Python scripting or automation experience
