Veritext Legal Solutions is a leader in technology-enabled court reporting services and litigation support solutions. They are seeking a Litigation Support Representative/Associate to assist clients with their data needs, process transcripts, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities

Work closely with court reporters to process/produce deposition transcripts

Run quality control on vendor provided data, adhere to their instructions/notes and reconcile inconsistencies

Ensure orders and products are processed accurately, timely and confidentially in accordance with all state and federal regulations

Send deliverables electronically to clients and assist them with accessing their data through proprietary software

Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to court reporters
