Responsibilities
Consults with leadership and operational partners to identify, design, develop and measure success of organizational interventions/employee life cycle including but not limited to engagement, performance management, recognition, new employee orientation, onboarding, culture-enhancing events, etc
Develops organizational development programs that are rooted in industry best practices and employee needs
Prepares executive-level reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and presents trends to stakeholders on a regular basis
Reviews and updates employee experience related policies and procedures
Develops communication plans and partners with Internal Communications team to provide accurate and succinct communication regarding organizational culture, interventions and related topics to staff
Aligns and partners with leaders to identify and anticipate organizational development needs and develop solutions, including training, to address identified needs
Partners with HR centers of excellence (i.e. HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Employee Service Center) to ensure initiatives and change management are implemented with fidelity and cross-functionally

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of five years in organizational development or program management with relevant experience
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of employee/volunteer engagement, performance management, recognition, and other organizational/employee metrics
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
Strong communication, listening, written and verbal skills
Effective data-analysis and technology skills, including Microsoft Office and survey tools (i.e., Survey monkey, Qualtrics, etc.)
Ability to influence and work with employees and leaders from all levels of the organization
Self-starter, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Health Administration
Previous work experience in a hospital and/or higher education setting
Demonstrated success in organizational development program management
Additional training or certification in organizational development, employee experience, or Human Resources
